- Account holder age limit up to 14 years at least.
- You will be responsible for the activities perform under his/her account.
- Password security relies directly on your choice.
- Users are not allowed to abuse, harass, threaten or impersonate other Smile users, abusive content that raises the issue of communalism also permitted.
- You may not use the Smile service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. International users agree to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
- Users are solely responsible for their conduct and any data including messages, information, photos and videos, links and posts that they submit from the Smile service
- User is not allowed to sell their Smile account
- You should respect the National Interest values. According to this policy, it is strictly prohibited to share posts harming country�s honor.
- You should comply with rules regulations as defined by PTA.
Violation of any of these agreements will result in termination of your Smile account. While Smile prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that Smile cannot be responsible for the �Content� posted on its website and broadcast to Smile subscribers and you nonetheless may be exposed to such materials and that you use the Smile service at your own risk.
